Services
Fabrication
Our extensively equipped fabrication department includes CNC punching up to 6mm will full offline CAD/CAM programming and CNC folding up to 100 tonne x 2.5 metres along with various other punching and forming tools and machinery.
Fabrications can be any size or shape up to a maximum of 6 metres in length. We can work in any material providing a precision fabrication solution.
Machining
Machining facilities include HAAS CNC vertical milling machines each with 4th axis capabilities and maximum bed size of 1270mm x 500mm x 550mm and a Mazak SQT CNC turning with live tooling.
Full CAD/CAM and offline programming coupled with highly skilled operators means that we can supply machined fabrications or operate as a dedicated machine shop.
Welding
Our highly coded welders working in well equipped and maintained welding bays produce work to the highest standards laid down in BS EN ISO9001 and AS9100.
We currently maintain 4 welding bays with the potential to increase up to 15 if required. Stud welding and spot welding facilities are included within our facility.
Paint Shop
To complete the “Total Manufacturing Solution” we have our own in-house Paint facility comprising of 2 water wash spray booths and a 10 ft square calibrated oven.
This gives us full stove enamelling and powder coat capabilities.
Assembly
Full assembly operations are also catered for from simple fastener insertion through to complete electro-mechanical assemblies.
Proprietary components can be supplied by ourselves to be included within any assembly to provide you with the complete solution.
Inspection
Our Inspection department is well equipped and features a Mitutoya B231 CMM measuring system.
Our fully trained inspection team working to our accreditations to BS EN ISO9001 and AS9100 ensure that the product received by our customers conforms to all requirements.
Planning
We can not only work to your supplied drawings but are able to design in house. Using a high end Radan Cad system with skilled operators we will help you achieve the product you require while keeping your cost to a minimum.
Full job planning means you get your product correct to specification on the date you require it.
Other Services
We keep a fully bonded material store ensuring the customer can trace our materials from the mill to their job.
Our experienced estimating team will reply to your requests for quotation as quickly as possible.
Despatch and transport will ensure your job is delivered on time and in good condition, either by our own transport or by next day courier to anywhere within the U.K.
